      11 years old or older - under 15 years old 10ml
      Age 7 or older - Under 11 years old 7.5ml
      Over 3 years old - Under 7 years old 5ml
      Over 2 years old - Under 3 years old 3.75ml
      Do not administer to children under
      2 years of age. However, if
